At Holdsworth Backdrops, we take pride in our hand-painted canvas backdrops and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your backdrop, we offer a refund policy as outlined below:

  • Returns: You may return the backdrop within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. The backdrop must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned backdrop and verification that it is in new, unused condition, we will process a refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges (exceptions may apply). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective backdrop, we will gladly exchange it for a new one at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the backdrop to arrange for an exchange.
  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a backdrop (exceptions may apply). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value.
  • Custom Backdrops: Please note that custom backdrops are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have any concerns about your custom backdrop, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss your options.
